if i’m cooking at home,its generally tacos. People always think that since I cook in a restaurant that I love to prepare lavish meals at home, the fact of the matter is, every home kitchen is a cramped nightmare compared to a commercial one. That being said, at work I do love the mess around and try to come up with food. At my old work we used to try to make fast food meals just to see if we could figure them out by guessing(I can make crunch wraps better then taco bell) I love messing around with hot sauces. Making sandwiches is another thing I like to experiment at work with.
